Apogee is definitely among the upper echelon when it comes to Miami Beach condos within the South Beach area.  In terms of the actual condos within the building, many may not be aware of what to expect.  You can look on nearly website to discover the amenities but what if you want to learn about what the actual units are like?  Last time we gave you an introduction to unit 1602.  This month we're looking at unit 703.

Unit 703 is a three bedroom, three bathroom residence with over 3,000 square feet of living area.  It's one of the select “flow through” units found within the building and it also has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and more storage spaces than you may know what to do with.  The balcony of  the unit is also spacious enough that you can place a table on it and enjoy some genuine al fresco dining while enjoying vistas of the waterfront, all in the privacy of your own Apogee condo home.
